Marc Gisi
Marc Gisi is a native Las Vegas resident who has been practicing real estate for the past 15 years. He is an expert and specializes in Short Sales and bank owned residential properties. He has earned the designations of CSSA and CFA (certified short sale agent/certified foreclosure agent. Marc has been an agent vendor for almost every major asset servicer and has listed and closed over 400 transactions to date. This has made him a top producer at Realty One Group of approximately 2,500 agents in the past three years.
Marc’s passion for Real Estate began early at the age of 21 when he attained his license. This passion, which continues to drive him today, has allowed him to become the premier residential expert in Las Vegas Real Estate.
On a personal level, Marc is married with 1 son and lives in Summerlin. He is an active volunteer with the Nevada Youth Baseball Association/ American Legion-Las Vegas High School. He enjoys reading, disc golf, restoring classic cars and spending time with his family.
Vaughnie Montoya
Vaughnie has been a licensee in Las Vegas since 1979. She has resided in Las Vegas since 1960 when her family was transferred here to Nellis AFB. She has represented hundreds of families in the buying and selling process in all areas of the valley in all price ranges. She has seen an ever changing market through the years and has watched the Las Vegas valley change and grow. With a wealth of knowledge and a desire to go the extra mile, many of her clients have become long time friends.
Vaughnie is married and has raised four sons here. She enjoys not only her real estate business but also golf on occasion, rides ATV’s and loves spoiling her three grandchildren.
